On 9 July 2018, the 9th Arbitration Court of Appeal approved the settlement agreement between the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS Russia) and ZAO Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg (CTSP, a company of UCL Holding) in a dispute over antitrust violation.
Restrictions have been imposed on handling of dangerous goods at the facilities of ZAO CTSP during the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia (between 25 May 2018 and 25 July 2018).
During from May 25, 2018 to July 25, 2018 CTSP will accept and handle dangerous goods except for the following
St. Petersburg, Russia based Container Terminal St. Petersburg (CTSP, a company of UCL Holding) ) between January and March of 2018 handled 168,500 TEUs, which represents a 7-percent growth on the same period a year earlier. The quarter results appeared to be the best ever for CTSP in terms of container traffic.
Container Terminal Saint Petersburg (CTSP, part of UCL Holding’s stevedoring division UCL Port) in the first quarter of 2018, invested a total of RUB 256 million (EUR 3,535,360) under the development program in modernization of the terminal capacity.
