Social programme of Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg in the first quarter of 2019



Container throughput of CTSP in 1H’2019 grew by 7.4%

In the first half of 2019, Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg CJSC (CTSP, a company of UCL Holding) handled 402,100 TEUs, up 7.4% more than in the same period of the previous year.

Container exports grew to 207,900 TEUs (+8.3% versus the result of the first six months in 2018).

Container imports increased by 6.5% to 194,200 TEUs including 47,800 TEUs of loaded refrigerated containers.

In January-June 2019, CTSP handled 248 vessels with average shipload of 1,659 TEUs.

Shipments by railway transport accounted for 26% of the total throughput.
