On 14 August 2021, Yekaterina Burtseva, Commercial Director of Transportation Assets Management LLC, was appointed as Acting Managing Director of Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg CJCS.

Yekaterina Burtseva is a graduate of the Maurice Thorez Institute of Foreign Languages (Moscow) with specialization in English and German Languages; in 2001 she graduated from the Institute of Business Studies of RF Government Academy of National Economy with specialization in Economics and Finance.

 Between 2000 and 2018 – was in charge of land operations at MAERSKCJSC, between 2018 and 2020 – was holding the position of General Director at TransContainer PJSC. From August 2020 – Commercial Director of Transportation Assets Management LLC, managing company of Port One Group which integrates Russian enterprises of the stevedore and logistics markets: Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg JSC, Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg CJSC, Multipurpose Reloading Complex LLC, Tuapse Sea Commercial Port JSC, Taganrog Sea Commercial Port JSC and Universal Forwarder LLC.
