In the first half of 2017 Container terminal Saint-Petersburg  invested RUB 367,7 million in modernization of port infrastructure (17,4% increase YOY).

RUB 228,5 million were spent on new machinery and equipment. This included two Kalmar shuttle carriers and four Toyota forklifts. Besides, the company signed agreements for the supply of a reachstacker (Kalmar), five tractors (Kalmar) with semitrailers (Seacom), two Kalmar’s and two Toyota’s forklifts.

Approximately RUB 139,2 million were spent on development of port facilities, expansion of video surveillance system and upgrading of IT infrastructure, including renovation of terminal’s security checkpoint and initial stage of expansion of electronic data storage system.
