In the third quarter of 2021, it was decided to support medium income earners with a one-time payment in the amount of RUB 30,000 per person. An incentive payment was also introduced to increase the number of vaccinated employees. As of today, the number of vaccinated CTSP employees makes 81% of the total personnel.
Over RUB 16 million was spent in 2021 for implementation of the company’s annual programme aimed at healthcare and social support of its employees and their families.
