In 2021, Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg CJSC (CTSP, a company of Port One Group) allocated RUB 45.8 million for fighting the coronavirus infection and for social support of its employees.

Taking care of the employees’ and their families’ health was still a priority of the company in 2021. Over RUB 9 million was allocated for measures preventing the spread of the virus - sanitation of the premises, purchase of individual protective means, weekly virus tests and vaccination of personnel. In the periods of the coronavirus infection upsurge, maximum number of employees were shifted to remote operation.

In the third quarter of 2021, it was decided to support medium income earners with a one-time payment in the amount of RUB 30,000 per person. An incentive payment was also introduced to increase the number of vaccinated employees. As of today, the number of vaccinated CTSP employees makes 81% of the total personnel.

Over RUB 16 million was spent in 2021 for implementation of the company’s annual programme aimed at healthcare and social support of its employees and their families. The programme covers the employees’ expenses for medical services, sports, leisure and provides for birth allowances and other support measures.
