In 2015 JSC “Container terminal Saint-Petersburg” (CTSP) spent over 15.8 million rubles on the corporate social, environmental and charity programs (three times more than in 2014).

The greater part of the amount (6.3 million rubles) the Company spent on implementation of the social program, primarily aimed at supporting the employees and retirees.

In particular, in 2015 CTSP reimbursed the employees for fitness and health care services, sanatorium treatment and travel tours. Support was also given to the employees in difficult straits, retirees and CTSP long-service employees. Additional payments were distributed among the employees with large families and sole parents.

 Besides, in 2015 CTSP initiated a range of activities comprising improvement of labour conditions and skills upgrading.

CTSP employs 498 people (as of the end of 2015). Average salary per employee increased by 14.3% compared to 2014 to 67,000 rubles. 

Implementation of the environmental program aimed at reducing negative environmental impact required 4 million rubles, including 2.8 million spent on protection of water resources: wastewater treatment, maintenance of water treatment facilities and pumping stations of stormwater sewers. Over 1.2 million was spent on environmental monitoring, removal and disposal of production and consumer waste and development of compulsory environmental documents.

In 2015 the terminal donated 5.5 million rubles to charity. 5 million were spent on supporting youth shooting sports and Olympiets shooting club.

345, 000 rubles were spent on a Christmas charity event carried out jointly with the Charity Movement Golden Pelican. The children undergoing long-term treatment in the City Hospital No.1, Albrecht Prosthetic Care Institute and the Petrov Oncology Hospital received congratulations and over 100 New Year gifts from CTSP employees and Santa Claus .

 Aid totaling 160,000 rubles was provided to the children in the Center No.7 for Orphans and Abandoned Children of the Kirovsky district, including acquisition of bedclothes and bedcovers making children’s  living conditions more comfortable.
