In January-June 2017 Container terminal Saint-Petersburg spent over 5,1 million rubles on its social and environmental initiatives.

Of that amount, RUB 4 million were spent on the social program, which includes health services, sanatorium treatment, sports and leisure (RUB 2,7 million) and emergency payments, baby bonuses, retirement bonuses, bonuses to employees celebrating anniversaries (RUB 1,3 million).

Over RUR 1,1 million was spent on environmental activities, such as environmental monitoring, waste management, preparation of obligatory environmental documents (RUB 908,000) and protection of water resources, wastewater treatment, maintenance of treatment facilities and storm water pumping stations (RUB 241, 000).

Container terminal Saint-Petersburg  is a modern container handling facility in the 4th cargo handling area of the Big Port of St. Petersburg. In 2016 the terminal handled 557,800 TEUs.
