From the beginning of 2019, Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg CJSC allocated RUB 10.4 million for implementation of its social and environmental programmes
Allocations for the company's internal social programme totaled RUB 7.7 million. The bulk of the amount covered compensations for medical services, health resort treatment, leisure and sport activities of the company employees and their families.
In January-September of 2019, Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg CJSC (CTSP) handled 581,600 TEUs, 5.7% more than in the same period of the previous year.
Container imports increased by 7%, year-on-year, to 283,400 TEUs including 62,300 TEUs of loaded refrigerated containers.
Container exports totaled 298,200 TEUs, up 4% versus the result of the same period in 2018.
In the reporting period, CTSP handled 364 vessels with an average shipload of 1,598 TEUs.
Shipments by railway transport accounted for 23% of the total throughput.
Container Terminal Saint-Petersburg (CTSP) invites to take part in the international conference “FREIGHT.DIGITAL 2019: Digitalization of International Container Shipping”. The event will be held on 19-20 September 2019 in Crowne Plaza hotel (Saint-Petersburg, Ligovsky Prospect, 61).
The conference organized under the auspices of the Eurasian Economic Commission will serve as a meeting point for Russian and international leaders of the maritime shipping market, industry experts, representatives of ad hoc state authorities.
